The sites must be booked in writing by letter, fax or e-mail. All bookings are held on a provisional basis until the required payment has been received. Payments should be received within 14 days of making the reservations, failing which BOGA reserves the right to allocate space to other definite bookings. All sites are used for commercial safaris. Each site comprises one hectare and the camp must remain within a 50 meter radius of the centre of the site. The camping sites are totally undeveloped. Operators must provide their own toilets. All tents should be discreetly hidden from the game viewing roads as possible and be erected in such a way so as not to obstruct any existing game trails. At any one camping site, the number of people must not exceed 20. The BOGA Reservations Office hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday.

All cancellations must be given in writing by letter, fax or e-mail. The following scale of cancellation penalties will apply, once the payments have been received:

- Any cancellations received less than 2 calendar months in advance of departure date attract a P1.000,- penalty.

- If sites are booked less than 2 calendar months and then cancelled, no refund will be given.

- If a site is not used and has not been cancelled, it will attract 2 penalties of P1.000,- each, one for not canceling the booking and

second for not using the site.

- If any company commits ofences incuring a total of three P1.000,- fines in any 365 days period, that company will be banned

from using BOGA sites with immediate effect.

The camping fee is as per BOGA specifications at the point of time.
